Some say my younger brother bears a striking resemblance to the militant Prime Minister of Chechnya pictured on the summons. How anyone ever noticed this is beyond me. Who says Americans don’t pay attention to current events? Update: It was a russian immigrant who first noted the resemblance. That makes more sense.
