Maybe both.  Recently, Oregon Outdoor Journal blogged about Moose taking up permanent residence for the first known time in the Blue Mountains of northeastern, Oregon.  My initial reaction: awesome!  My second reaction: what the heck is going on here?  Moose in Oregon?
